  • The price offered will expire within the next 15 days after the proposal has been received.
  • 45% of the payment should be made at the time of acceptance of the proposal.
  • The remaining 55% payment should be made at the time of deployment of the campaign.
  • XYZ will have the right to reject, modify, or cancel the campaign. However, they shall reimburse the cost and expenses ABC incurred before the action.
  • ABC shall obtain authorization to use company copyrighted materials such as photos, artwork used during the process of providing the services.
  • This agreement shall be per the law of the State.
