Dear Mr. Charles,
We would like to thank you for attending a business meeting with us yesterday. As promised earlier, we are submitting our school start-up proposal to you through this letter. You know that Walker town has no high school in its vicinity and students have to travel far away to get acquainted with education. Last year, we had decided to start high school in the area to cater to the educational needs of people. This year, fortunately, we found our expected funding agency in the form of you and we are therefore forwarding you our formal request to assist us financially in lieu of starting up the school.
All details of the proposal have been included by us in this letter for example construction of school building, recruitment of the staff through Canadian Testing Agency (CTA), induction training of the staff through renowned educational trainers, and initial capacity building seminars. Meanwhile, quotations from well-known companies will also be invited for the provision of good quality furniture. The estimated cost of the whole project is US$[X].
You are hereby requested to have a kind look at this proposal and share your financial assistance with us in order to start this school project. Once the school runs smoothly, you will be given 30 percent of the school income as profit on a monthly basis permanently. Thanking you in anticipation.
Let us know if you have any reservations or queries.
Regards,
James Hills
We would like to start a local primary school in the coming year 20XX. ABC primary school will be providing education to kindergarten and pre-kindergarten students. I have experience in the field of education and would like to give back to the community. I and my team strive to inspire our kids to utilize their maximum potential and chase their dreams. We would like a grant of $50,000 for the startup of ABC primary school. It will be built for the children of the XYZ community with your support and community funds.
Our objective is to set up a primary school for the ease and convenience of our community people. Also, we aim to provide the best learning experiences possible so that our students can grow up to be creative, innovative, and critical thinkers. We believe that the development of a child is connected to academic needs as well as physical, emotional, social, and psychological requirements.
The ABC primary school will provide the following facilities:
The primary school will be located in the heart of the XYZ community, situated on the north of the riverside walk street, Main Avenue. There is a structure available there and it is an area of 7000 square feet. It is an ideal location to attract students and it will be suitable to be used as our school building.
Our curriculum will be inclusive and challenging and our dedicated teachers will be there to encourage our students. Our main focus will be
Our teachers will track each student’s progress and use assessment strategies to determine the needs of all the learners and work accordingly.
We will also integrate technology into studying programs. This will help them broaden their horizons and provide more opportunities.
We have conducted a study and the results show that the XYZ community is willing to enroll their kids at a school offering so many facilities and a great curriculum. We aim to target families living in and around the XYZ community. Presently, kids have to go to XYZ School and it is quite a long journey for young kids and we think it will be better to have a school nearby so they don’t have to commute longer and their parents can be at ease.
ABC will operate on the funds provided by the Oregon Department of Education and local revenues. Moreover, fundraisers will be held by-annually to generate sufficient income for school operations.
Teachers will be recruited through online forums as well as interviews. They must have a teaching experience of at least 3 years and must be a certified school leader.
There will be a head school body in the form of a board to govern the school. It will be responsible for the administrative and operative matters. It will generate monthly reports to show the transparency of the administration to all the stakeholders.
The estimated cost of building the ABC school will be approximately $20,000. This will be funded by the Country Council and Community resources if you approve the grant.
The total cost of the project will be around $50,000. The details are provided below:
