A park proposal is a document that devises a plan for a park, which is presented by a company that builds parks to woo a client organization. The client organization may be a government organization or a union of people who manages a community. The proposal needs to have strong and convincing arguments to gain the deal.
Parks are allocated outside places, where people can come to enjoy some fresh air, walk, play, etc. It is often preferred that each community or locality should have its own park for its residents’ refreshing time. The government organizations or the group of community representatives administer the community, which includes allowing for and maintaining a park.
The building company develops a proposal for them and proposes a park construction. Depending on the requirements of the proposal receiving party and the services being offered by the company, the details that should be included in the proposal are decided. However, generally, the following information is provided in all the park proposals.

XYZ is a leading architectural service providing and landscape designing company in the USA. For almost 15 years, we have shaped the skyline of major sites in the region. Our team comprises skilled workmen and expert engineers and designers.
XYZ provides the following services
The main goal is to design an open space that provides visual appeal as well as engages the community people in a way that provides them relaxation, happiness, and an approach to unwind and get together with friends and family. Moreover, parks also provide health benefits when people come over to walk, jog or exercise.
We believe that clients are a company’s greatest asset and it is most important to keep them happy and content. Creating a park for the community is an excellent idea. It will enhance property value and help improves the productivity of the community people as well as keep the work stress level low. This Park will be built on the plot in Red Street, in Aurora. It will cover an area of 1,500 sq./feet.
There will be more than one main entrance to provide more routes for people arriving from different streets. Stairs and ramps will be made on multiple pathways to the park for convenience.
There will be a walking track and a bicycle path and a playing park along with other activities. Ground surfaces of these tracks will be firm, stable, slip-resistant, and provide adequate shock absorbency to reduce the risk of injury.
Fences with gates will surround play areas.
Amenities such as restrooms, drinking fountains will be provided.
A mini-mart will also be constructed to provide snacks and refreshments.
Our company will complete this project in 6 months.
Once our proposal is accepted, our project team will visit the site and complete the site examination thoroughly. Our architects and engineers will make a 3D design and get your approval and they will come up with a draft of the structural design. We will ask the representative team of the City of Aurora, for feedback on the design and if any changes need to be made, our team will integrate them.
Next, we will start the digging process for site preparation before the beginning of the construction.
Using the design as the guide, our team will assign tasks for the completion and allocation of resources and the process of building the park will start.
Many times, the project managers have to make adjustments to keep a project on track or the client company isn’t happy; this is the stage where we ask for another approval from the clients.
At the end of the construction, our team of engineers and designers will beautify the park. They will put lampposts and stylish lights.
At this stage, our team will officially complete the park project and we will run it by the authorities for inspection and make sure that all aspects of the park are safe and comply with concerned associations. A final team meeting will be held and led by the manager to officially mark the project closing. An inspection of the whole building will be done.
