Below is a training schedule for the first month. Changes can be made after a detailed meeting, once our proposal gets accepted.
First Month: The first month of training will be a little challenging. Every week, the trainee will be graduated to a different exercise with variable intensity and volume
Week 1: Full body workout
Week 2: Upper body workout
Week 3: Legs workout
Week 4: Back, triceps, biceps and calves workout
We will train all major body parts in each workout. The workouts will be done on alternative days, so the body can rest and recover in between.
