A personal training proposal is a document prepared by an individual trainer or a training company that provides the services of personal training instructors. This proposal is intended to woo the individual seeking personal training or fitness training and wants to avail training services from an individual who can give him personal attention as well as guide him for his exercise and fitness on a personal level. Sometimes, personal trainers are even hired by client organizations, such as gymnasiums.

When a personal training proposal is being prepared, the developer should consider the following points:

Training Schedule

First Month: The first month of training will be a little challenging. Every week, the trainee will be graduated to a different exercise with variable intensity and volume

Week 1: Full body workout

Week 2: Upper body workout

Week 3: Legs workout

Week 4: Back, triceps, biceps and calves workout

We will train all major body parts in each workout. The workouts will be done on alternative days, so the body can rest and recover in between.

Terms and Conditions

  • The client must disclose all their injuries and impairments that may be affected by the training program.
  • The client must agree to participate in all workouts and exercise routines.
  • Each training session will be held in the privacy of the XYZ fitness center or if settled otherwise.
  • The client must wear appropriate loose fitted clothing to get the most out of each training session.
  • In case of a session cancellation, the client must inform 1 day prior to a prearranged appointment.
  • The client must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs during the course of training.
  • The agreement shall be made under the State Law.
