A weekly scheduled menu will be provided by the XYZ Catering service to offer a variety of food items for the kids and staff to choose from. The menu will include the following

Health and Safety Issues

Timeline

Proposal Acceptance

Once ABC School accepts our proposal, our manager and planning team will have a detailed discussion with the school authorities. They will visit the site and review it.

Signing Contract

After finalizing the rent and canteen plan, both parties will sign a contract. All the terms and conditions will be put forward and an agreement shall be reached.

Menu Timetable

Our staff will set up their kitchen in the school canteen premises. A monthly meal menu will be prepared by our chefs in advance.

Report Submission

Once the food items have been finalized, a weekly schedule plan will be submitted to the ABC authorities. The weekly menu schedule will be provided to the students and staff either in a printed form or on the school website.

Payment

XYZ shall make an advance rent payment at the start of each term.

Charges/Fees

The canteen will be accessed 5 days a week by the staff and students. The fee details for the canteen service are provided below:

Rent

XYZ offers to give a fixed rent of $500/ month, for the use of the ABC canteen area premises.

Assurances

• XYZ will provide the required number of staff needed for servicing at ABC Canteen.
• XYZ will provide timely wages to its employees and that will totally be the company’s responsibility.
• XYZ takes full responsibility for its employees that they will not be engaging themselves in any kind of activity that is unlawful. Also, we will provide a list and further details about our employees to the ABC school authorities.
• All the cutlery items will be provided by XYZ.
• All the items, ingredients, and products used while food preparation will be of high quality and standards.
