It is respectfully stated that I, Patrick John, have been associated with your company for 5 years. I work as the manager of an ABC department, which is responsible for analyzing the performance of every employee, assigning them tasks, and devising strategies for boosting their morale to work productively.

I, along with my team of 4 members, always make efforts to apply policies that benefit employees and analyze and appreciate their services to the company.

In addition, we also keep an eye on strategies employed by other companies for retaining their clients for the longer term and keep them highly efficient at what they do. It is important to keep employees happy and satisfied with their job otherwise they will pounce at the next best opportunity.

If employees are happy, they will serve with the best abilities and treat in a better way. Companies that are eager to keep a hold of their employees, devise policies to reward their employees with benefits.

They allocate a criterion for the clients and allow them to earn these benefits through good performance. These tactics not only benefit employees but also ensure their loyalty to the company therefore, this benefit for services policy is adopted by every multinational company.

Multinational companies and businesses progress due to the hardworking of hundreds of employees working day and night to achieve goals as decided by their employer and give their best efforts in the process.

Finding the right person to do the job is a difficult task because people tend to lie about their qualifications and abilities to secure the job. Companies also use the services of hiring companies to recruit an employee based on the provided job description.

Therefore, hardworking employees are managed to keep happy and content with their jobs.

Management is always concerned with keeping employees that matches minimum levels of capability to avoid the process of interviewing and rehiring. Giving benefits to these employees is an effective method to stimulate them to give more effort and higher performance.

Action Plan

Employee benefits and services policy can be achieved through a stepwise action plan that requires many agreements. The action plan for this policy is given below,

  • After the approval of the proposal, the administration makes a team of 2 or more people.
  • The team is responsible for providing statistics of benefits and services so that appropriate benefits are selected.
  • Additionally, this team will be responsible for providing an annual budget for this policy.
  • The team will communicate with employees to get a better picture of their requirements.
  • The team will represent a complete strategy before the board of directors.
  • After approval from board members, the policy would be initiated in the coming month.
