Executive Summary

This proposal is for the designing and decoration of the open space, on the 3rd floor of ABC Towers, as an office set up for C Company. Our company consists of a qualified and creative team to design an efficient and eye-pleasing workspace, which will take your business forward into the new era.

The main requirements are as follows:

  • Improvement in the working condition of the staff
  • An attractive Client Meeting Area
  • Addition of more desks
  • A Pantry, serving as a relaxing area in between work breaks

Approximate floor area: 5600 square feet.

Design Phases: Our interior designers will improve the visual appearance of the space which will maximize the operational efficiency of the business. We will involve your company throughout the designing process.

Plan and Strategize: In this phase, we will have a thorough discussion with you and your team and come up with sample designs of the workspace, we will take your feedback and finalize a design. Our team of architects and the civil contractor will thoroughly evaluate the site and before starting any work, our architects will ask for all the plumbing details regarding the location.

Design: With the final agreed upon design, we will start renovating the space, rebuild and install new stuff that would be needed.

Reception Area: We will install a new reception counter at the starting of the space, besides the entrance door. The design will be calming, welcoming and serious.  We will go with the minimalist look and use white furnishings with meaningful artwork.

Cubical: We will add ten white, 6 x 6 inches, L-shaped workstations with panels that will provide privacy to employees.

Client Meeting Area: Having a separate space for meeting the clients is very important. Moreover, it should not be distracting, so clients only focus is on you. Our interior designers will create a professional ambiance that is best for your business.

Pantry: The pantry will be a kitchenette as well as a sitting area to have lunch or snacks. It will consist of a sink, fridge, a dining table with 4 chairs and 6 stools for sitting along. A simple white wood countertop will consist of a microwave, coffee maker and a sink.

Procurement: We will place orders for the required furniture and decor items to be used in the space. After their shipment and delivery, our interior designers will decorate the space.

Time: 4-5 weeks.

Step 3: Decorate the space.
